First of all,is my computer capable of upgrading to a new graphics card?
Link to my computer http://www.emachines.com/products/products.html?prod=ET1161-05

If I can upgrade, what card would be good to use?
I have always wanted to play games, but NEVER had a good enough card to keep up with them! Some games I would be interested in are something along the lines of Call Of Duty 4-6,Gears Of War,Bad Company 2,etc...Pretty much FPS games, and some that I assume require a decent graphics card. I am by no means willing to spend a lot of money on one, something around 100$ish would be ideal. Is there any in this price range that would work well? I would greatly appreciate some advice from you guys, preferably someone with knowledge, and knows that they are talking about!

Thanks!

You have a single core cpu. I don't think it's capable of playing modern fps games.
See if your motherbaord will take a dual core cpu.

Best card I would recommend is a 5670 for about 95$ shipped.

I don't think a video card upgrade is worth it for that PC. I think you're better off saving the money for a new computer. Your CPU is a single core, and chances are you'd need to upgrade your PSU to get a new video card. Upgrading a PSU is usually a lot of work almost as much as building a whole new system since you have to take out the mobo to route cables. All the games you listed are pretty intensive so you'd want a fairly decent vido card at least something along the lines of a 4770 or 9800.
