need help with tomato firmware

hi, i just installed the newest tomato firmware onto my linksys WRT54G version 2 router and am unable to access the GUI. i keep getting wrong password error, i am using admin for both username and password like is stated in readme after i reset the router. the internet connection is fine but i want to be able to access my router. thanx
 
are you sure that your hard resetting the router correctly?

hold in the reset button til all lights go red
