Hey everyone, I hope you can help me out. On many sites, I've read that ALL of the Geforce4 TI series cards are able to do a dual-monitor setup if you get a DVI-I to VGA converter. Well, I have a AOpen Aeolus TI4200, and I jsut bought 2 Samsung 955DF montiros, and I bought a ATI DVI-I to VGA adapter. The problem is, Nvidia's Nview won't detect my 2nd display on the DVI output... The best I've gotten it so far has been to display a crappy 8-bit background on my other monitor as well during when i was trying to get it to work, but my left desktop was on the right, etc, so before I chaged it's resolution form 8-bit to 32-bit, I went and re-wired my monitors accordingly, but I haven't been able to get a picture on both of them at the same time ever since. I re-wired them the same way again, but no luck. Does anyone know any tricks to get nview to detect my 2nd monitor? When I go to the nview properties menu, it only gives me the option for the analog display, and the only nview mode allowed is the default (disabled). I would really like to hear what u guys think I should do, since I am home from college this weekend to build this PC for my brother so if I don't get it workign I'm kind of screwed. Here's what I think so far... 1. I have seen both displays on at the same time, so I know the DVI-I to VGA adapter works. 2. The monitors both work independantly, so it's not that. 3. I have seen many people get GF4 4400's to do this in the same setup, to my understanding ALL gf4's are able to display 2 simulteaneous displays at once. 3. I'm thinking its a software issue and am tempted to reinstall my video card drivers.

PLZ HELP!!!! Thx in advance....
