I have had the same exact problem with this system I built both before replacing the mobo, and graphics card and after. I get zero video output at all, none. I read someone who had the same problem I did with this PSU, and was wondering if it could possibly be the issue.
Here's the components:

Video Card

RAM

Hard Drive

The other thing that's odd, is that when I add the second stick of RAM the front fan turns off. With 1 stick it lights up and spins.
I get no beeping at all. I am beyond frustrated and appreciate any and all help. I may have another PSU to test with at home.

Potentially a grounding issue. I'd take the motherboard out and make SURE you have the correct posts to keep the board away from the case material. The hardware should be perfectly compatible

Could be grounding as above. Also, try swapping your RAM out. I've had faulty RAM give this sort of symptom many times before.

I didn't see any grounding issues, removed all RAM, and still absolutely no video. One of my coworkers mentioned that if I shorted out the mobo, it's too late anyway, we tried a different, much lower powered vid card and still nothing. I am at a total loss as to the solution. Thanks for the help though.

Actually shorting doesn't usually damage the motherboard, just causes things like no video. But if you've checked that already...

removing all RAM isn't going to prove anything, since you wouldn't get video then either.

Exactly, I don't have a clue what's the problem. I don't know whether to return everything and start from scratch or what.
