Need help with Soundblaster Live! X-Gamer....Digital out

I know when I bought this, the box says I can hook it up to my Dolby 5.1 home theatre receiver. The digital out on this card is a standard sized PC headphone jack. Is there a special cable that hooks to the receiver? Or do I need a daughter card like the SB Live Plat? Any help is appreciated.
 
There's a similar post going around. You need a mini-plug ("standard sized PC headphone jack&quot😉 to RCA cable.
