Ok, i'm gonna attempt to explain how it sounds. The beginning has long sorta 70's sounding notes that come to a crescendo and have an accented note right before they start. The voice, i can't remember if its male or female, has a techno/robotic filter on it. It's recently been playing on MTV. If you watched any of the Spring Break stuff, especially the making the "new" josie and the pussycats stuff, you prolly heard it.

Juliana Hatfield and Tanya Donnely's voice make me want to almost goo in my pants when they sing "Josie and the Pussy Cats" Those two voices mesh beautifully.
