Need help with something silly on ripplehost.

I have an account at ripplehost. skoorbs.com/cpanel asks for a password and username. I put them in, and get in no problem to admin my account. Thing is, I can't log in to the members area at all. I even ask for my user/pass to be sent to my email and it says it sent it, but I never get one. Basically the problem is that I can't renew my ripplehost account - which I signed up for MORE than a year ago, and which should have expired (but for some reason hasn't). I could ask this on the ripplehost forum, but for that I'd need my bloody username/password, and I can't get it! I don't want to make another one. Maybe somebody has a clue what's up? THanks
