need help with SATA

Hey guys, help a noob out.

Windows will not install because it cannot see my WD SATA HDD. I have attempted to fix this by changing the boot priority, and other bios tweaks. But I am pretty sure that I need a raid driver floppy after searching around on this forum. I tried to create one from the included driver cd that came with the board, but it hasn't worked yet. I was able to load the uli sata & ata raid driver (or so I thought) by pushing f6 etc. but it still wouldn't see the hard drive. What am I missing? Is there a good (meaning step-by-step and detailed) guide on how to create a raid driver floppy in the way I am trying to?

If anyone has any experiance with this board I would appreciate the help.

OK, I think I got it figured out. There were alot of different raid/sata drivers on the cd, I just had to pull my head out and figure which was the right one.
