Need help with RAID bios configuration

My boot settings got screwed up somehow while optimizing with tuneup program. the couple days before this happened I was getting a ckdisk upon startup and an error on step 3, so i ran tuneup utilities program, and haven't been able to get past windows screen before blue screen with stop 0x0000007f keeps coming up. i have a msi k8n neo4 platinum/sli mobo(nvidia nforce 4 sli chipset based) with a amd athlon 64 x2 dual core 4200+ DDR333. when I go into bios, it shows:

Check which ports the 2x36GB Raptors are plugged into, and check the manual for which controller (SiI3132, or Nvidia) the RAID should be on. What make/model mobo is it?

MSI K8n Neo4 Platinum/sli mobo. the 2 hard drives are wired into the sata serial ATA ports 1 and 2
