Need help with quick dead mobo!!!

Well, my old 440BX mobo went kaput today. It had a P2 350 and 128megs of ram. I figured it was time to upgrade this old dianosaur anyway with an Duron 700 and a good KT133 mobo. Can someone recommend me a good place to buy one? I intend on getting a Duron 700 and an MSI Pro 2 mobo. I really can't check pricewatch at the moment, cause I'm surfing on my crummy laptop with a whopping 9600 connection speed.
