Looks like a nice system to me, although I would certainly advise you a pre-overclocked eVGA 7800GT... The X1800XL is very powerful, but the 7800GT is even more, and at a lower price tag...

A decent 450W will do just fine for you... If you want to spend the money on it, buy yourself an Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W... It is silent, yet very powerful, and has a reasonable price compared to other high-end PSU's...

Other sites are http://www.zipzoomfly.com and http://www.tigerdirect.com...

Are you going to use CrossFire actually...? Just like I don't with SLI, I wouldn't advise CF as well... By the time you'll have the money to buy a second card, a whole new generation will have arrived, with cards that'll blow your CF setup out of the water...

If you'd care, for the price of that 4000+ you can get yourself a dual core processor like the AMD X2 3800+, which will give you some more future proofing... You could either pick the boxed one, or go with the OEM and buy yourself a silent and good aftermarket heatsink for it...

As for the mainboard, that can stay of course, but if you want something cheaper, pick one with the nForce 4 Ultra chipset, they perform great and usually have a lot of features... If you care for overclocking, the EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra is cheap, and has the same potential like any DFI, but without the compatibility issues...

Your memory... You'll need to specify about those ones... Is it Corsair Value RAM? I guess it is... Which is not a bad thing, but I know that the 1GB modules have a Cas Latency of 3, which is actually going to cripple your fast processor somewhat... This G.Skill memory has lower timings, and at a low price... If you want something more extreme, these G.Skills feature a CL of 2, and are very cheap as well...

HDD is fine, optical drives look good too, cool case :)... That's about it, I guess...
