I put Pocket Quicken into my moms Sony Clie, I followed the instructions to the word and it won't hotsync the data from the PC Quicken to the PDA Quicken. The software itself works fine but its almost useless if it won't transfer the numbers off the PDA to the computer. It keeps giving me a error message about not having a PIN number in the PDA even though I made a pin number. I went through their FAQ and Troubleshoot guide and all it tells me is if I get that message to make a password and hotsync it again but it continues to give me this error message. I tried to uninstall it off the PDA and reinstall it but it doesn't do anything just same old crap. I wasted 30 dollars on this program and it doesn't even work. If anyone who has used this software and knows how to fix it please help me, i'm desperate
