Your processor is clocked at 100 MHz if it's an 850. Your CUSL-2 can run your processor at 100 or in many increments up to 133 and beyond if you are trying to overclock it. If you're not, simply set your frequency ratio to 100/133 and you'll be OK. In any event, when you first install the new processor (make sure you switch off the power on the back of the case or unplug it) you will first boot up at the advanced BIOS settings and most likely will be running at 66 MHz. Simply select the frequency you want your processor to run at from the menu, press escape and then enter to accept the new settings. I would start first at 100 MHz and at whatever your RAM is rated, most likely either PC100 or PC133. If you POST alright and can boot the computer without problems, restart and go back into the BIOS by hitting delete on a restart, going to the advanced page and then incrementally increasing your FSB frequency to see how high you can run this processor. The 850s are actually pretty good overclockers and you should see 1GHz without difficulty. Repost if you have any problems and we'll help you get set up. BTW, the CUSL-2 is a great motherboard and should give you great performance and ease of use. Best!
