Need help with Offline Files

I need to move my offline files location to a different partition because my C drive is full.
I think the default for offline files is C:\%systemroot%\CSC. I need to move this file to my E drive which I use to keep all my files. I found out a few article about using a utility called cachemov.exe to move the folder.
Those article are win2k article and I dont know if that applied in Windows XP (my current OS)
please help me!!!

Bump an old thread (AT search is your friend) to request help with same issue.

Anyone know how to relocate the CSC folder to an alternate location? I am identical situation as azev above. Please HELP!!!
