need help with oblivion

is it installed properly and checked in Data Files?

you DO have the latest patch?

finally, if a REinstall does not work, contact Bethesda tech support
 
im pretty sure i have the latest patch, 1.1 right?, but im not sure if its installed, and also for some reason the installer doesnt make any progress.
 
uninstall and reinstall oblivion, the patch and then the plugin.

just make sure you don't lose saved games --or plugins [you can't re-d/l them after a certain time] 😉

. . . also check your HD and defrag if necessary
[especially just before you reinstall]
