Can anyone please help me? The questions are:

1. For the Class C network 192.168.220.0, what subnet mask supports up to 14 subnets?

a) 255.255.255.252
b) 255.255.255.248
c) 255.255.255.240
d) 255.255.255.224

2. For the Class C network mask for 195.168.220.0 described in Question 1, how many hosts are available per subnet?

a) 2
b) 6
c) 14
d) 30

Thanks for any help. 🙂

i'd say...
1. c
2. c
-----------------------------
192.168.220.0
class c
16 sub-network
-----------------------------
subnet mask 225.255.255.240
subnets = 16
nodes/hosts per network = 14
