need help with my ecs motherboard

I just got an ECS P4VXASD2+ motherboard, p4 2.5ghz processor and nVidia GeForce4 Verto AGP video card. i connected everything but when i start up the computer, my monitor says it's not getting any signal from the computer. is there some cable i forgot to plug in? i set all the jumpers and everything too. someone please help!

Make sure the video is seated all the way.
