Need help with my duron 600@950

Got my duron up to 950 for the last 10 months.. Now when i boot i get a black screen and the monitor stays on ( with the amber light not the green one ). Now i press the reset key and it boots up fine.... but why does it not want to boot up in the first place ??

any ideas ???
Could it be my power suppy is fading and cant get enough power to boot up ?

i got a antec 1030 with a 300W PS.

try backing the duron back down to 600 and see if it still doesn't boot

it does at 600 ... now i erased and remarked the L1s and it SEEMS to be OK now....
