Need help with my 3D Prophet DDR please help =(.

Hey I have a 3D Prophet DDR 32mb. Well when I put the card in it detects it okay but when I get into windows install the driver and restart windows as its loading the screen it just stays blank.

I tried shutting the PC down and doing it again but it takes me in safe mode the second time.

Anyone know whats up? I have a old Asus P2B and a celeron 566@850. Could someone help me?
