I think we've all been there MikeyLSU (in general anyway). And I may be the only one, but I actually prefer the original socket design with the pins on the CPU. Due to the surrounding cover on the CPU mounting area, I can't install these new CPUs without there being a bit of a drop to it. And I have straightened CPU pins in previous jobs, but I seriously don't think I could accomplish the same on a socket 1150/1151 board.
