i RAN A SCAN WITH PREVX 3.0 AND IT CAME UP WITH THESE.
My panda softeware(it sucks) is disable i can't get to work.
I can find any removel tools to get rid of it.

I am not familiar with prevx, but I did google your three hits. And when the only google hits I got was your post on anand.tech, it somewhat leads me to believe they might be just false prevx positives.

I would recommend trying to download and run malwarebytes, follow the malware removal scripts on this forum, and download either AVAST 4 or Avira 10 as possible free AV choices.

But lets see what others say.

I have quite a bit of experience getting malware off my friend's computers, but doing much at a distance is very artificially difficult. The fact that something may be disabling Panda is not a good sign.
