need help with ID3 program

Are there any programs available that will read an ID3v1/2 tag from an mp3 and then correct the filename? (and are there any capable of doing batch edits?)

The reason i'm asking is that i lost the artist part of all my filenames and its very annoying to search by song name, not to mention very disorganized.

help would be awesome. thanks guys.

iTunes does the opposite. It takes your nicely named files and mangles them according to it's whim.
