I got a Mitsubishi 52 inch LCD Rear Projection HDTV about 2 months ago and i hooked it up to my pc with Component to my 7900 gto.

Now it looks ok but i cant find the driver for the tv and i can't view in its max res.

Now my question is by running in the Component mode its not really that good now if i go out and get a dvi to hdmi will it look good and be in hd?

And where can i find the driver for that screen?

Thanks

You don't need a "driver" for the HDTV hookup. You need to feed the HDTV an output that it wants to see. Most HDTV's only accept a few resolutions, like 1080i, 720p, etc.

You would do well to get Powerstrip (at www.entechtaiwan) and set it to feed the accurate settings (called "timings") for your Mitsubishi.

You can check the forums at http://forums.entechtaiwan.net/index.php, particularly the "Monitors, HDTV's, etc" and the "HDTV timing database". If you need to post a question about your particular set and powerstrip, you would do it in the "Monitors, HDTV's, etc." forum. the "timing database" is a read-only listing of timings people have gotten to work with various hdtv's, powerstrip, and particular video card families.
