Need help with HD install...

Guys I got my secondary drive in today and it for whatever reason will not work. In device manager it's visible however, in windows explorer it is not. Any ideas?

Sounds like it's not partitioned and formatted...

Control Panel->Administative Tools->Computer Management->Disk Management and create your partitions on the new drive, define any logical drives, and format. Then they should show up in My Computer.
