Need help with fan positioning

I have an Addtronics 6890A, and I'm trying to figure out the most effective placement of the case fans. I was disappointed to see that I can't put anything in the lowest large slot because the motherboard is right there. Any guidance or previous experiences will be appreciated.
 
Thanx much!! That guy KNOWS his stuff. If I hadn't already had the 6890 for months, I would (and will) buy the next from him.
