I accidentally got a fingerprint on the thermal paste that comes underneath of the stock heatsink, should it be ok to install it now or should I do something about it?
 
Ok, thanks for the reply. I'm a bit paranoid because this is my first system build. Another thing worries me a bit and that is that the motherboard is warped about 1mm on some sides and one corner is bent up 1-2mm. Will that be ok as well?
 
So long as nothing metal on the mobo is touching anything metal in the case, you'll be fine.

Just take a deep breath, snap in your parts and fire that puppy up! It's very difficult to FUBAR something permanently and there are plenty of us here who will be happy to help if you run into trouble.
