As far as I know you should have the WAN IP Address configured as "Obtain an IP Address Automatically". That said it doesn't matter if the "Specify an IP Address" portion says "0.0.0.0", because you are no longer using a static or fixed IP. You will probably need to have "PPPoE" and "DHCP" enabled. Make sure the "Number of DHCP Users" is set to at least 1 (the default is 50). Do your idiot lights on your router light up showing you are connected to the WAN? Same goes for your modem, if there are any idiot lights. Have you tried the "Disconnect" button and then a few seconds later the "Connect" button? Sounds lame but sometimes if I lose my connection I'll go into the router setup it will still show me connected, and I'm not. If I do the "Disconnect" and "Connect" thing it usually fires right up. If not I have a hammer you can borrow.
