I'm in the process on getting a new video card. I wanna get the GeForce 2 GTS 32MB DDR card. But which company? Or does it really matter? I don't need TV out or anything fancy. I was looking at the LeadTek WinFast, Creative Annihilator 2, ASUS V7700 Pure, and ELSA Gladiac. Anyone have any experience with these? And does one stand out among these listed or any other I don't have listed?

Also do all GF2 cards handle high agp bus speeds well? Or do certain ones handle it better? I ask this becuase, I have a Abit BX6 rev 2 mobo, and the only agp dividers i have are 1/1 and 2/3 and I'm overclocking a p3 700.

Thanks

I like the Asus and the Elsa Gladiac. People say there's no difference, but from what I've seen Elsa's card has the best performance. Well they do make really good graphics cards..

See the basic difference between all these cards is the PCB,and both Elsa and Asus makes very good and reliable PCB's. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

As for AGP bus speed thats all hype my dear friend, 2x or 4x, you won't see that much of a difference.

Peace..

I have the Leadtek GF2 and it is very nice. I got it from www.sg3d.com They are a very good site and they have very good prices. If you look at the reviews the Leadtek actually came ahead a little bit in most of the benchmarks. It just didnt overclock as well.

i doubt that it really matters. i've heard good things about the leadtek, but can't speak for it first hand. i have an asus v6600 deluxe and i've never had a better video card. definitely a quality product, but you might end of paying more for something from asus. creative's card will probably be the cheapest, as they usually are. as far as the higher bus speeds are concerned, you might want to check out this article at our very own anandtech. it's an agp overclocking comparison and it shows which geforce 2 gts' can take a higher agp bus. hope this helps.

Personally I'll go for Leadtek, I never have any problem with them, and I've been using their product since S3 868.. good driver/BIOS support as well.

but if you want fancy capability like TV in and digital VCR, Asus is probably your choice.
