need help with configuring Epox 8RDA+

here's what I just picked up
Epox 8RDA+
AMD Athlon XP 2000 1.67Ghz
Kingston 256MB PC2700 ram (only 1 for now)

can someone help me with a good list of motherboard settings? like FSB speed, multiplier.. etc...
