Is said eVoting system non-electronically verifiable, by both the voter and voting officials? If not, what category does that fall into in "If no or undecided, what is your primary concern?"

I think you could maybe word number 11 a little better, to sort of translate exactly what "1-5" would equate in hours on the computer.

But yeah, done.
