Need help with CDRW

OK....I'm trying to burn to a 4x 8CM (small) CDRW on my Plextor 12/10/32A. Using Nero 5.0.3.8, and this is what I get from the log:

Any ideas? Have I got a dud CDRW disk, or some other problem?

Try a different disk or different software package.

Have you had any problems before with this disk or with nero?

Never tried it before, either the disk, or Nero trying to burn 8cm CDs.

Anyone???
