Need help with Carrizo OC

So I've been trying nearly everything to get this chip further, but no matter what I do I can't get past 114 bclk which gets me to 3990 Mhz. Which isn't even that huge of a performance bump because at stock the cpu will boost to 3800 Mhz on all cores as long as your cooling is decent although it doesn't like to boost OC'd. So other than just under 200 Mhz on core my only other real benefit is I can run my 2666 DDR3 closer to it's rated speed and the NB might be running faster but I can't tell for sure since I can't find anything in CPU-Z that correlates with the frequency shown in the bios. Also the only program that can get temps from my motherboard is AI Suite and it only gets the "CPU temp" reading and the motherboard temp reading and I'm not sure I can trust those because it shows my cpu not even getting to 50c under load when it's drawing above 1.53v. Anyways my specs are: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nyLCgL and my BIOS settings are: http://imgur.com/a/cKJEN

yeah, good luck overclocking that.
BCLK is tied to everything, so when raising the bclk clock, you also (besides dram) overclock pcie, pci, usb, sata....

Just leave it at stock and lock the frequency to max boost.

That s about all that can be done with this CPU, albeit mobile dedicated it show good behaviour at 4GHz, wich is about the limit for whatever reason, likely the MBs.

Also voltages look to be the good ones, although quite high the overclocked chip consume significantly less than a stock Kaveri 860K.

So I need to go for the lowest temps and power usage possible and maybe lower my bclk a little in hopes of getting the cpu to boost?

Have you looked for straplike-behavior from bclk OC? When I experimented with bclk OC on my A88x-Pro + A10-7700k, I found that I had instability gaps, as well as bclk gaps where I could not get the iGPU stable.

If you are dead-set serious about OCing that thing as far as you can go, you may want to experiment with booting from USB storage, or maybe boot from drives attached to a PCIe SATA controller.
