I doubt you'll get very many responses with such a general question... anyone who would know enough would probably be worried you're just some nut with a silly idea who doesn't understand the complexity of whatever it is you want to do. Try being more specific (e.g. telling us what game it is, and what you want to do).

It doesn't take much reading into your question to suggest you want to make some kind of plug-in or add-on for a game. You'll need to give more info, as suggested by the above poster, to show that a) you have some concept of what you want to do; and b) it isnt' a hack.
