need help with browser lockups

i am using norton antivirus 2001 and just installed the update for script blocking and ever since then i am getting browser lock ups. is this causing it? thanx

difficult to say with certainty but unlikely IMO. if you have IE 5xx then try the repair option in add|remove programs in the first instance to see if this sorts the problem out.
