Need help with BIOS

I've got a IWILL KK266 KT133a mobo running a AMD 1.33 CPU.

About every other day I lose my BIOS settings (system boots to EZ BIOS). I've tried 2 new batteries to no avail. Sometimes I can reboot and reset the BIOS and sometimes I have to jump the pins on the MOBO.

You guys have any idea what's up?

you double checked that the board isn't shorting somewhere?

Everything looks clean. Can't see any possible shorts.

Anything else you can think?

Flaky power supply, perhaps?

Could be. Its an Antec box and supply though.

Do you guys think maybe I should just bite the bullet and upgrade? Unfortunately its mostly only an internet box.

How is the CMOS battery?

I have to ask though: why are you using EZ-BIOS?
