Need help with BIOS Checksum thing

i have a KG7-RAID i'm trying to get working.

when i power up, i get these low-frequency beeps (gonna take me a bit to figure out what the beep sequence was, need to put the computer together again)

and i get a msg saying "BIOS ROM CHecksum Failed"

and then it asks for a system disk floppy.

what disk does this thing need?

I think it wants a you to flash your bios they might be corrupt I have had a similar problem with an HP at work. When I got the error it told me to go to hp's website to get a disk but did not say what disk.
