Need help with benchmarking 3D games and stuff

Hey. I have a KT7-RAID system and I want to benchmark the crap out of it. So far, I've done lots of tests in various non-3D benchmarks, and am having fun at that.

But the only game I know how to pull a frame rate from is Quake III and Unreal (original). Can anybody let me know or point to somewhere that will let me know how to do such testing in other games?

Ugh don't get 3DMark as a benchmark. Get it only if you plan to use it as a stress test, cause the benchmark results are pointlessly wrong. There's a little program out there, fraps, it shows in the corner of the screen the frame rate of D3D games....I forget where to get it though sorry.
