Well I have a:

900Mhz Celeron
128MB SD PC100(sp?)
60GB 7.2K 2MB Cache Maxtor
2.0 Integrated Video

Now for some reason when I installed drivers it says my video is 32MB but the computer runs slower and games don't have any higher FPS at all.. I was expecting to run Diablo II and Counter-Strike with playable FPS. Can anyone help me out or can I OC?

Firstly - this 32MB is taken from your system RAM, so, instead of 128MB RAM, you now have 96MB RAM.
This is not a system that you can expect high framerates and smooth flowing action.

Have I just been April Fooled????

From what I see, both should fly on your system. I'd suggest grabbing the newest drivers from Intel (www.intel.com), assuming that's who made your gfx card, and if still not fast enough, spending $50 for a low-end graphics card, AGP if possible.
