Need help with .avi files

A friend of mine saved some videos through FRAPS and put them on an external HDD and gave them to me ...

I've tried playing them through WMP, Media Player Classic, DivX Player, and VLC, but none of them work ...

what should I do?

Install FRAPS and play the video with WMP.
