Need Help with Acronis True Image 2009

I would like to backup from DriveA to DriveB, but not in a compressed state.
Acronis only has option for .tib and .zip. Why can't I do a full backup of the DriveA as flat files and do incremental afterward?

I also have maxtor onetouch ext hd which has the backup that I want.

I thought acronis would have this function since it's a popular program...guess not.
