I enrolled in a couple of tech courses at a place called KBIT in Columbus. I signed up for my A+ originally, which i took and passed. I then went back and got a package deal on Net+ and MCSA, but at the time the MCSA was new and they did not yet have one of the books for one of the classes. they said they would get it to me later. Since i was starting with Net+ I figured that was fine. Well I recentlly found out that KBIT has closed, and I have not yet received my book or software for that class. These classes were very expensiveand I had to finance them, and I don't know what to do. Without that book, its kinda pointless, and I don't feel like paying for classes i can't use. I emailed and left messages on the machine at KB, but have gotten no replies, what can i do?

You don't owe all the money. You only owe for the classes you received. Sallie Mae will have to go after the defunct school for the rest.

Well I had to get the loan approved before they would give me the material, so they got all the money for all the classes. How do I get them to try to get the money back?
