I watched the last hour or so of a really good movie last night.
I'll try and sum up some things in case someone knows this movie.
Some shy/naive writer owes a stripper named Lola money, and they end up having a really good friendship, she loses his dog that is worth a lot of money, but it ends up the dog walked halfway across town on it's own. The writer's friend hooks up with a stripper named Candy.
Writer ends up moving to Needles, NM to get some writing done, Lola is really sad (obviously has feelings for him). He gives her the dog to take care of. Ending of movie is a knock on his door and his dog sitting right outside the door.
Went to black screen and said 'fin'. End of movie.
Sounds like a dumb movie, but it was really good, tasteful, and sincere and I'd really like to see the whole thing. Any help is appreciated, I Google'd everything I could and got nowhere.
