Need help with a media player

I had windows vista and before all I needed to do was place in my login and password and bam I was set. Now I have windows 7 I cant get it to work. I tried placing in the login and password and I keep getting login failure. Is there a special setup I need to do with windows 7 that I didnt have to do with windows vista.

I am running a masscool http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-002-_-Product.

I cant find anything in the owners manual that might help. I am hoping its just some special setting that is needed for windows 7 to allow access

Im really just looking for if I need to do something special with windows 7 to get it to work with my media player. If anyone knows or if you need moer info please let me know

Uninstall the windows live ID sign in assistant if you have it.
