Need help with a boot up error.

I have an MSI KT400 mother board with an AMD 1 Ghz processor. In the BIOS I inadvertantly placed the processor FSB at 200 rather than 133, this was not an overclock attempt. The problem is.. now when the machine tries to boot but nothing posts to the screen. The hardware comes on (fan, lights on front etc.) and seems to be working but pressing delete does not get me into the BIOS setup as it used to. It just sits there at the black screen. I do not think the CPU suffered any heat damage bc it was only set at the wrong setting for about 2 seconds before being rebooted. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried resetting the cmos? Pull the battery also for a little bit if just clearing the cmos with the jumper doesn't get you back into the bios. Good Luck!!!

I know on the Abit boards you can keep hitting the insert key when you power it on and it will boot to defaults.
