Im wondering about the temperatures..cause i got a blue screen on 4.4 Ghz

I wish I could get 59C core temps. Mine go up into the mid 70s lol. You should increase your voltage. Dont even worry about core temp until it gets to 70. Even then it is theoretically well in the safe zone (TJMax is your absolute limit) Step up your voltage as high as you can as long core temp under full load stays under 75. And then try to hit your max stable GHz. (Probably about 4.6 for you if I had to guess) Make sure ambient room temp is as high as it will ever be in your room.

You're not running Prime long enough in the screenshots to show an accurate load temp.
1min is way too short.

And it makes a huge difference if you're running blend test or small FFTs etc..etc..
 
wow how convenient. Raise your "CPU voltage offset". Raise in small increments and run prime95 for at least 20 minutes for each increment. Keep upping the "CPU voltage offset" until prime95 makes the core temps go to 73~74. Then start increasing your CPU Ratio. That's how I would be doing it.
 
I ran the blend for about 10mins...its the same...just posted a quick FFTs. I know i need to run it a lot longer, but I wanted to know if these temps are acceptable 🙂
 
MTDEW is right, your core temp will keep going up over time until it reaches an absolute max value. It is usually about 5 degrees C higher than what you read after running it for 5 minutes, but this depends entirely on your setup. Once you know the delta between absolute max temperature (24 hour burn), you can then start using approximations. If I know my system maxes out at 78C aftter running all day, and I also know it maxes out at 74C after running for 5 minutes, then I know to add 4 DegC to all my calculations. Then I can start tweaking every 5 minutes instead of waiting forever to make adjustments.
 
I kinda didnt look at it 🙂 but i think ill stay @ 4.3. Everything works quite well. temps dont go over 60 on core #2 and others are lower by 1-2 🙂
 
Yeah I would stay at 4.3 too. I dont like drawing more power from the wall just to get an extra 5%. If anything I would try to max it out just out of curiosity.

You only use that much power when the CPU is under load. At idle (where it will be most of the time during typical use) it will sit at 1.6GHz w/Vcore about 1V. Idle power is very low.

Even if you are using the computer to play games, transcode video, etc., the amount of power consumed by the CPU is usually much less than while running Prime95.

That's a good idea. Then, one could go back and start adjusting the offset downward to reduce voltage at a stable OC until Prime95 showed an abnormal core termination or IBT failed.
