Hi guys I'm not a pure gamer I just want to get your opinion upon which system to take consider in bulding my new rig for now I got a POWERCOLOR 9550 256mb video car but can't decide upon which mobo and processor will i choice and will i go in INTEL or AMD (i reside in the philippines) hope you can give suggestion upon which to select thankzzz

What will you be using the system for?
What type of budget do you have?
Do you need a complete system, or will you be able to salvage parts from your old/current system (e.g. your monitor)?

is there a way you can return that video card? ugh...that thing is awful.
