Need help w/Evercase 4252 and MSI KT3 Ultra2

I just got an evercase 4252 with the front audio/usb/firewire connectors and need a little help. The firewire and audio ports come with a cable that is supposed to run through the case and out the back and plug into the rear ports. I want to find an audio cable that will connect to the front audio pin headers on my MSI KT3 Ultra2 and a cable to connect the front firewire to the pin headers on a firewire card. Any suggestions where I can find such a critter?

Also could anyone suggest a case fan setup for this case. I'm currently using an xp1700 with the retail hs/fan. and no case fans. CPU temp is 41c idle.
Oh by the way, didn't have any as3 paste so I just used the sticky tape stuff on the retail hs/fan. Probably not the sharpest move but how bad is this for a default configuration xp1700? If I need a different hs/fan please offer suggestions.

Thanks everyone!

I have the exact same motherboard and processor as you, and with a fairly well ventilated Lian-Li case, I get 37C idle, and that's with Arctic Silver 3 paste. I'd say your temp is very reasonable and in line with what you can expect out of that setup. My heatsink is an Alpha PAL8045 with a nice and quiet 28dBA, 31CFM fan.
