Need help - VCore won't change on 4BDA?

I just put together my new 1.6A system, and everything runs fine at 2.14. I need to increase the voltage to overclock further, but when I change the VCore in the bios, it doesn't seem to work. The POST screen still shows 1.49V, even though I set it to 1.65. What am I doing wrong?

Here's the setup:
P4 1.6A - stock HSF & thermal pad
EPoX 4BDA
Antec True330
512 MB Samsung PC2700
