Need help using Ghost software? :)

I'm trying ghosting my hard drive for a couple week already now, but i'm always get an "Error 36000" all the time. I try to look at in symantec website what I have to do, but still I can't make it work. Does anybody got the same problem? If you do could you tell me how? thanx 🙂
 
yes, i'm running from floppy disk, and i forget to mention to that i try to ghosting win2k with ntfs partition 🙂
 
hmm, never encounteres that, its 2001 right? they had resolved the ntfx issue with 2001 version, if you have an older version of ghost, I'm pretty sure you need a ghost 2001 disk, if you need that patch disk, i can send you it in a zip, pm me if interested
 
yes, i've got 2001 version. actually i can ghosting my hard drive at the first time when i install it, but when i want to ghosting it again it gives me "error 36000", i'm thinking that was software conflic. is that possible?
