need help urgently

Hi,
Sorry those other guys couldn't help you. It sounded like solid advice, but it required that you know a bit about networking. Do you mind if we start from the beginning? What is your problem? YOu obviously have an internet connection. Is this without the router? When you connected your router, you said everything worked fine, does this mean you had access to the internet on both compas and both comps could trade files? What are your current issues? These are the questions that can help us greatly. Give me alittle more info and I'll be glad to help.

well.... it isn't that their advice didn't work...
its juz that they did not follow up
my problem is actually that the router doesn't work
it totally doesn't work..
it worked for the first week i could trade files share a connection and share a printer
and i brought it to the repair shop but it worked fine
there...
....ummm..
i have a little question! if u are able to ping a router does it mean it works???
all the infomation i could give was on the last post
